A native of Pinellas County, Eric has lived in Florida his entire life. Growing up he attended St. John Vianney Catholic School in St. Pete Beach, St. Patrick’s Catholic School in Largo as well as Largo High School. Eric attended the University of South Florida where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Upon graduation from USF, he received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Eric has diverse experience in a wide scope of practice areas. He has been involved in cases that include personal injury, social security disability, worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, insurance defense, criminal defense, family law, business law, landlord/tenant disputes and bankruptcy, among other areas of law. His litigation experience is extensive and diverse ranging from the criminal courts of Miami-Dade County to the civil courts of the Tampa Bay Area (where Eric currently practices as an injury attorney).

Today Eric represents the injured and disabled. Eric has counseled hundreds of injured and disabled victims with issues involving automobile accidents, premises liability accidents (including slip and fall accidents and trip and fall accidents), dog bites, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and social security disability.

In his free time, Eric has done pro bono services for those in need. Eric has volunteered extensively for the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg, Florida, which offers free legal services for people who cannot afford to pay for legal representation.

Eric is a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers, and the Florida Justice Association. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
